abstract Genetic kit for the molecular characterization of Alzheimer's disease. The genetic kit illustrated in the figure comprises a first DNA purification kit made up of filtration columns, collection columns and reagent bottles; and a second kit for genotypic analysis consisting of components for the determination of genotypes related to Alzheimer's Disease (AD), each of which contains vials with oligonucleotides, deoxynucleotides, enzymes, salts, and buffers, together with agarose separation gels. With this kit it is possible to carry out an analytical method on human blood samples that allows the molecular characterization of AD, with important applications in the biomedical research sector.
