THE INVENTION IS RELATED TO THE DESIGN, SYNTHESIS AND BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF TWO NEW STRATEGIES TO ADDRESS THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPOUNDS THAT PRESENT SELECTIVE ACTIVITIES AS ANTI-CANCER, ANTIVIRAL, ANTIPARASITIC AND ANTIFUNGAL. HERE IS DESCRIBED THE UTILIZATION OF THE INHIBITION OF THE BIOSYNTHESIS OF PHOSPHORYLCHOLINE AND OF ITS MYTHOGENIC ACTION AS A NEW STRATEGY FOR THE TREATMENT OF TUMORS AND DISEASES PARASITIC OR PRODUCED BY VIRUSES AND FUNGI IN ANIMALS AND IN HUMANS. THE COMPOUNDS DESCRIBED BELONG TO STRUCTURAL FAMILIES WHO HAVE DEMONSTRATED ANTITUMORAL, ANTIPARASITIC AND ANTIFUNGAL ACTIVITY, WHICH MUST BE CONSIDERED AND PROTECTED AS COMPOUNDS DIRECTLY USED IN THE TREATMENT OF THESE ILLNESSES AND ANIMALS. FINALLY, THE SYNTHETIC METHODS OF ALL THE DESCRIBED COMPOUNDS ARE ALSO DESCRIBED AND PROTECTED. |
