THE INVENTION REFERS TO NEW COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS FOR TOPICAL USE MORE PARTICULARLY INTENDED FOR THE PHOTOPROTECTION OF THE SKIN AND / OR HAIR AGAINST ULTRAVIOLET (UV-A) AND / OR UV-B RADIATION AND PARTICULARLY SOLAR, INCLUDING IN A COSMETICALLY ACCEPTABLE OF THE OIL EMULSION TYPE IN WATER IN WHICH THE AVERAGE DIMENSION OF THE BALLOONS THAT CONSTITUTE THE OIL PHASE IS INCLUDED BETWEEN 100 NM AND 1,000 NM, PREFERABLY BETWEEN 100 AND 500 NM (ULTRAPHINE EMULSION), NANOPIDOS AND NANOPIGOS AROUND PHOTOPROTECTING AGENTS, IN PARTICULAR OF TITANIUM OXIDE, AND WHICH ARE CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT THAT THEY ALSO CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE MIXED SILICATE OF ALKALINE AND / OR ALKALIN-TERROUS METALS. THE COMPOSITIONS ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION PRESENT AN EXCELLENT STABILITY (ABSENCE OF LAYOUT BETWEEN THE AQUEOUS AND OILY PHASES AND THE ABSENCE OF DECANTATION OF THE NANOPIGMENTS). THE INVENTION ALSO REFERS TO A STABILIZATION PROCESS OF ULTRA-FINE EMULSIONS, A PROCESS OF PREPARATION OF THESE COMPOSITIONS AS WELL AS THESE COMPOSITIONS AS WELL AS THEIR USE IN THE ABOVE COSMETIC APPLICATION. |
