THE PRESENT INVENTION IS A BACTERIAL FERTILIZER (BIOFERTILIZER) CONSISTENT OF A SUSPENSION CONTAINING CELLS OF NEW STRIPES OF THE MICROORGANISMS AZOTOBACTER VINELANDII AND AZOSPIRILLUM BRASILENSE. SAID BACTERIAL FERTILIZER CONSISTS OF A SUSPENSION OF MICROORGANISMS IN AN AQUEOUS MEDIUM. THE MICROORGANISMS ARE OBTAINED BY A PROCEDURE THAT INCLUDES: A) PLATE CULTIVATION OF THE ORIGINAL STYLE; B) TREATMENT OF PREVIOUS GROWING COLONIES WITH ANOTHER GROWING MEDIA; AND C) CULTIVATION OF THE ISOLATED COLONIES FROM THE PREVIOUS STEP. THE ADVANTAGES OF THE USE OF THESE NEW STRIPES OF MICROORGANISMS ARE GIVEN BY THEIR BETTER TOLERANCE TO VERY ALKALINE MEDIA AND THE BETTER N2 FIXATION AS WELL AS BY THE GREATER CAPACITY OF ASSIMILATION OF THE COMPOUNDS OF THE ROOTS FORMED BY THE ROOTS EXUDED. |
