LIPOSOMES COMPRISE IRON (II) IN A MICROENCAPSULATED AND STABILIZED AQUEOUS SOLUTION WITH REDUCING AGENTS INHIBITING IRON OXIDATION (III). THESE AGENTS CONSIST OF ASCORBIC ACID OR ITS SALTS, IRON (II) IS PRESENTED AS SULPHATE, LACTATE OR CITRATE, THE MICROENCAPSULATION ENVELOPE IS A TWO-LAYER MEMBRANE AND THE AQUEOUS SOLUTION, ALSO CONTAINS OTHER MICROELINES, COAT AND ITS BLENDS. THE PROCEDURE INCLUDES FORMING A HOMOGENOUS SUSPENSION IN WATER OF PHOSPHOGLYCERIDES, QUICKLY FREEZING THE SUSPENSION AT A TEMPERATURE OF -10 TO -15 C AND SLOWLY DEFROSTING IT AT THE ROADWATER TEMPERATURE IN AUCAUROS (AUROS) AND ITS SUSPENSION IN AQUARIUM () , REPEAT THE FREEZING AND DEFROST CYCLE, AND SEPARATE THE FORMED LIPOSOMES. THESE ARE USEFUL IN MEDICINE, VEGETABLE NUTRITION, FOOD INDUSTRY AND COSMETICS.
