abstract THE INVENTION REFERS TO A PROCESS FOR THE MIXING OF BEVERAGE COMPONENTS, IN PARTICULAR SIRUP AND WATER, IN WHICH THE FIRST COMPONENT IS CONDUCTED FROM A CONTAINER TO A MIXING CHAMBER WITH A GIVEN VOLUME, THE QUANTITY OF THE SECOND COMPONENT REQUIRED FOR THE DESIRED CONCENTRATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE MEASURING PROCESS AND BOTH COMPONENTS ARE INTRODUCED IN THE STORAGE TANK. IF THE CONTAINER CONTAINS AN INSUFFICIENT SUPPLY OF THE FIRST COMPONENT, THE MIXING CHAMBER IS PARTIALLY FILLED WITH THE FIRST COMPONENT, THE AMOUNT OF THIS FIRST COMPONENT INTRODUCED IN THE MEASURING MIXING CHAMBER AND CORRESPONDINGLY COMPARED WITH THE QUANTITY OF THE SECOND. THIS FORM ALLOWS EVEN SMALL AMOUNTS OF SIRUP DIRECTED IN THE CONTAINER TO BE USED, WHILE CONTINUOUSLY PRODUCING A DRINK OF THE SAME CONCENTRATION.
