THE PROCEDURE PART OF THE INSOLUBILIZATION OF ANTIGENS OF THE PATOGEN AGENT ERWINIA CAROTOVORA SUBSP. ATROSEPTICA (ECA) IN MICROPLATES, THROUGH MONOCLONAL OR POLYCLONE ANTIBODIES. LATER, IN THE SAME MICROPLATE, THE ADDED SAMPLE OF STUDY IS ADDED WITH A SELECTIVE MEDIA FOR ERWINIAS (D-PEM) AND INCUBATES IN ANAEROBIOSIS AT 25 C FOR 24-48 HOURS. REACTION IS DISCLOSED THROUGH BIOTINILATED ECA-SPECIFIC MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES (4G4) AND SUBSEQUENT ADDITION OF STREPTOAVIDINE MARKED WITH AN ENZYME OR DIRECTLY WITH 4G4 ANTI-POSITIVE APPLICATORS AND A DASPURA DIGITAL ORIGIN (ELISA-DAS OR DASUA DASA) ADDITION OF AN ANTI-SPECIES CONJUGATE (ELISA-DASI). HYDROLYSIS OF THE ENZYMATIC SUBSTRATE IMPLIES THE APPEARANCE OF A COLORED PRODUCT THAT IS PHOTOCOLORIMETRICALLY ASSESSED. THE PARALLEL PERFORMANCE OF THE SAMPLE IN MICROPLATES ENRICHED WITH D-PEN OR WITHOUT ENRICHMENT, ALLOWS TO CONCLUDE ON THE PRESENCE AND AMOUNT OF LIVE CELLS OF ECA CAPABLE OF CAUSING DISEASE IN TUBERCULOS OR OTHER VEGETABLE MATERIAL.
