THE PRESENT INVENTION PROVIDES A PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF MATERIALS OF MONO OR DICARBOXYLIC ACID, SUBSTITUTED HYDROCARBON, OF LONG CHAIN WITH CONCENTRATIONS OF INGREDIENTS OF GREAT ACTIVITY, WHICH CAUGHT REACT A POLYMER HYDROCARBON OF CHINA NOT SATURATED, SUCH AS MALEIC ANHYDRIDE IN THE PRESENCE OF CHLORINE, WHERE AT LEAST AROUND 60% OF MOLES OF CHLORINE IS ADDED TO THE REACTION MIXTURE, CONTAINING SUCH POLYOLEFINE REAGENT OF A NOURATED TEMPERATURE REACTIVE TEMPERATURE C, WHILE A TOTAL MIXING ENERGY OF AT LEAST AROUND 4HP / 1000 GAL IS GIVEN TO THE REACTION MIXTURE. THIS PROCESS SELECTIVELY PRODUCES MORE PRODUCT OF MONO OR DICARBOXYLIC ACID MATERIAL, REPLACED HYDROCARBYL, LONG CHAIN FUNCTIONALIZED AND SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCES THE AMOUNT OF OXIDIZED MATERIAL IN RELATION TO THE PRODUCT, RESIDUED FOR THE RESIDUE. |
