THE INVENTION IS ABOUT A PROCEDURE THAT IS USED TO PRODUCE SOME SOLUBILIZED CAROTINE (BETA) AND CONSISTS OF: HEATING CAROTINE AND AN EMULSIONANT DURING A SHORT SPACE OF TIME TO FORM A SOLUTION; QUICKLY COOL THE HOMOGENOUS SOLUTION BELOW 100 C; ADD WATER IN THIS AND ADJUST THE FINAL CONCENTRATION OF CAROTINA. THE INVENTION IS CHARACTERIZED BECAUSE: A SUSPENSION OF (BETA) -CAROTINE IS PREHEATED BETWEEN 20 AND 80 C; THE PRE-HEATED SUSPENSION IS PUMPED THROUGH A HEATING COIL LOCATED IN A THERMAL OIL; THE TEMPERATURE OF THE SOLUBILIZATION MIX IS INCLUDED BETWEEN 120 C AND 180 C; THE AGITATION TIME VARIES BETWEEN 100 AND 300 SECONDS; THE SOLUTION IS TURBULENTLY MIXED WITH A QUANTITY OF WATER DETERMINED BETWEEN 10 C AND 80 C AND IN A MIXING CHAMBER, A SOLUBILIZED WITH A 0.5 TO 6% IN CAROTINE WEIGHT (BETA) IS OBTAINED AND DILUTED UNTIL THE DESIRED CONCENTRATION. THE SUSPENSION (A) IS CARRIED OUT BY DILUTING (BETA) -CAROTINE IN AN EMULSIONANT AND HAS 1 TO 40% BY WEIGHT OF (BETA) -CAROTINE. |
