abstract A ROTATING PIPE HEAT TREATMENT FACILITY IS PROPOSED, FOR EXAMPLE A TUBULAR ROTATION FURNACE FOR THE THERMAL SEPARATION OF MGSO3, OR A SLAG COOLER FOR THE SEPARATION OF SALTS AND ALUMINUM COMPOUNDS 1, AS THE MAIN REPLACABLE COMPONENTS (1) ROTARY WHICH IS SURROUNDED BY A TUBULAR SHIRT (2) AND SEPARATED THROUGH A SPACE. THE TUBULAR SHIRT (2) IS ATTACHED TO THE ROTARY TUBE (1) THROUGH A DRIVE DRIVE SYSTEM, AND HAS THE DRIVE (8) AS WELL AS POSSIBLE SUPPORT TRACKS AND RINGS (9) OF EXTERNAL MOUNTED . THE CONNECTIONS (3,4) FOR THE HEAT EXCHANGE FLUID ARE TIGHTENED AT THEIR END, PROVIDING THERMAL INSULATION, IN PARTICULAR OF LIGHTWEIGHT INSULATION (7), WHICH IS INTERNALLY FIXED. IN THIS WAY THE ROTATING TUBE, WHICH IS EXPOSED TO CORROSION AND THERMAL EFFORTS, IS SIMPLIFIED IN A STRUCTURAL WAY AND CAN BE SIMPLY REPLACED.
