titleOfInvention NEW DERIVATIVES OF ALKYLAMIDE SUBSTITUTED FOR TEICOPLANIN.
abstract THE PRESENT INVENTION IS ADDRESSED TO NEW DERIVATIVES OF C63 AMIDES FROM TEICOPLANIN IN WHICH THE HALF OF AMIDA IS DERIVED FROM A DIRALOS. THE DERIVATIVES ARE PREPARED BY REACTIONING A PRODUCT LIKE TEICOPLANIN WITH AN ACTIVE ESTER THAT FORMS A REAGENT LIKE CHLOROACETONITRILE AND THEN PUTTING SUCH ACTIVE ESTER INTO CONTACT WITH THE DIPROPIATE. THE AMIDA DERIVATIVES OF THE INVENTION ARE ACTIVE AGAINST POSITIVE GRAM BACTERIA AND NEGATIVE GRAM.
