PROCESS THROUGH WHICH AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF A HYDROLYZED PROTEIN WITH CLH IS SUBMITTED TO GEL IMPREGNATION CHROMATOGRAPHY USING A POROUS MATERIAL WITH AN EQUIVALENT PORE DIAMETER BETWEEN 0.5 AND 2.0 NANOMETERS OF FREQUENT BREAKAGE BREAKDOWN AND RETAINING AT LEAST 40% OF SODIUM CHLORIDE. THE PREVIOUS IMPREGNATION TECHNIQUE IMPROVES IF IT IS COMBINED WITH A STEAM DISTILLATION STAGE AFTER THE GEL IMPREGNATION STEP. |
