abstract THE PRESENT INVENTION REFERS TO NEW DERIVATIVES OF 1-ACIL-2,3-DIHYDRO-4 (1H) -QUINOLINONE-4-OXIME, PROCESSES TO PRODUCE SUCH INTERMEDIATE COMPOUND DERIVATIVES, PROCESSES TO OBTAIN SUCH INTERMEDIATE COMPOUNDS AND THE ABOVE DERIVATIVES WITH POWERFUL DIURETIC ACTIVITY, WHICH MAY BE USED TO TREAT AND / OR PREVENT HYPERTENSION, EDEMA AND / OR TO ELIMINATE ASCITES. THE PRESENT INVENTION IS BASED ON THE SELECTION OF 1-ACIL-2,3-DIHYDRO-4 (1H) -QUINOLINONE-4-OXYME, MAINLY, O-SULPHATE, O-MESYLATE, O-METHYLPHOSPHATE AND O-CARBOXIMETILETER, ESPECIALLY O -4-OXIME SULPHATE. THE COMPOUNDS OF THE PRESENT INVENTION CONTAINED BY THESE SUBSTITUTES, HAVE A HIGH HYPOTENSING, ANTI-DEATH AND DIURETIC EFFECT, AS WELL AS AN ACTIVITY TO ELIMINATE ASCITES, AND ARE EXTREMELY USEFUL FOR THE TREATMENT OF DISEASES AND ALTERATIONS.
