PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF 1 - [(2S) -3-MERCAPTO-METHYL-1-OXOPROPIL] -L-PROLINE. NEW PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF 1 - [(2S) -3-MERCAPTO-2-METHYL-1-OXOPROPIL] -L-PROLIN (CAPTOPRILE) OF FORMULA (I), WHICH INCLUDES THE HYDROGENATION OF 1 - [(2S) - 2-METHYL-1-OXO-3-RHODANIDE-PROPIL] -L-PROLIN OF FORMULA (II) IN AN INERT ENVIRONMENT, IN THE PRESENCE OF A CATALYST AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 50 AND 120 C AND UNDER A PRESSURE OF 105 TO 107 PA. THE FORMULA (II) COMPOUND INDICATED ABOVE IS NEW AND CAN BE PREPARED BY ACILLATING L-PROLINE WITH A RECICENT ACILANT REACTIVE OF (2S) -2-METHYL-3-RHODANIDOPRO-PIONIC OF FORMULA (III). THE PROCEDURE ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN THE COMPOUND OF FORMULA (I) SIMPLY AND WITH GREAT PURITY AND GOOD PERFORMANCE IN GENERAL. USE, PHARMACS AGAINST HYPERTENSION. |
