PREFERABLY, AT LEAST SOME OF THE OXIDIZING CURRENT (36) IS RECYCLED AT THE FUEL BURNING STAGE. A DEVICE SYSTEM IS ALSO PROVIDED TO CARRY OUT THIS PROCESS.
