AT THE BEGINNING OF THE FORMATION OF THE EMULSION, THE CORRESPONDING AMOUNT OF DIESTER OF HYDROCORTISONE IS ADDED, AT ABOUT 60 C AND THEN IT IS LEFT TO COOL AND SOLIDIFY THE CREAM. THERAPEUTIC CREAM IS APPLIED FOR THE TREATMENT OF SCHEMES, DERMATITIS, PSORIASIS AND INFLAMMATIONS.
