Emulsion comprising seawater where the concentration of stabilizing agents is less than 1% (w / w) characterized in that the emulsifying system is selected from: - System A, which is a mixture obtainable: 1) by means of the esterification of a fatty acid and a polyglycerin, 2) the reaction of a polyglycerin with the free acids of a beeswax and 3) esters obtainable by transesterification of a vegetable oil and 4) mixing of the above reaction products with a C14 alkanol- C18, or - System B which is a mixture obtainable: 1) by the reaction of a hectorite with dimethyldioctadecylammonium chloride, 2) mixed with a saturated polysiloxane and a modified polysiloxane with polyethylene glycol blocks inserted in the polymer chain.
