abstract 1. Pole for sports practice of the type consisting of a bar, which has a handle (2) at its upper end and a tungsten tip covered by a pad at its lower end, essentially characterized in that the handle (2) is formed as a monobloc body that presents in its upper area facing the walker's hand, a hook (4) that is an indivisible part of the body of the handle. The hook (4) has a seat base (6) where the fixing of the drag (5) is accommodated and whose outer part is constituted by a vertical flexible appendix (7) that in its upper area has a skate (9) that contacts the body of the handle, closing the hook entry area. 2. Walking stick according to the first claim, characterized in that the opening of the hook (4) is produced by flexing the vertical appendix (7), the material with which the handle is made being such that the deformation experienced in its flexing is maintained within from the margin of its elastic modulus, acting as a spring that returns to its original position as soon as the forces necessary to open it disappear, and since its resistance to bending is sufficient to prevent the accidental exit of the drag in the repositioning phase of the cane. 3. Walking stick according to first and second claim, characterized in that the vertical flexible appendix (7) has a decreasing section towards its upper end. 4. Rod according to claims 1, 2 and 3, characterized in that the hook (4) has a slit (10) in the base of the flexible appendix (7) that concentrates the material stresses produced when the hook is opened and that facilitates the movement of the appendix. 5. Staff according to claims 1, 2 and 3, characterized in that the handle (2) incorporates a closing projection (8), which forms the point at which the vertical flexible tab (7) comes into contact with the body of the handle, promoting the closure of the hook (4). 6. Pole according to the first claim, characterized in that it has a pad (3) with an ellipsoidal base (11) that constitutes the traction surface in contact with the ground during the driving phases, which extends to the sides of the pole and whose surface experiences a curvature in its longitudinal direction. 7. Walking stick according to claims 1 and 6, characterized in that the ellipsoidal base (11) has a set of grooves (12) with well-defined edges to enhance the traction of the surface on contact with the ground. 8. Walking stick according to claims 1, 6 and 7 characterized in that the grooves (12) are chevron-shaped.
