The present invention refers to an intelligent biomimetic biodevice (18), which is configured to communicate and activate, by means of electric and magnetic stimulation, particles incorporated in three-dimensional models (19) which present properties that vary according to the intended use. n The referred biodevice (18) is used in the prevention and in the treatment of diseases associated with the skeletal system, by means of the activation of the particles and release of therapeutic agents. Further, it is useful in the monitoring of the evolution of the regeneration process, by means of the monitoring of specific indicators (such as, strength, pH, oxygen, temperature and/or biomarkers). n The invention appears as a therapeutic alternative for the treatment of diseases associated to bone degeneration and, further, solves the problems related to the need for real time monitoring and/or control of the chosen treatment for the disease to be treated. |
