abstract According to an aspect, there is provided a method (200, 400) for measuring a concentration of a biomarker in sweat generated by a subject, the method comprising: determining (202) a first concentration of the biomarker in sweat secreted from a sweat gland of the subject; applying (204) an external positive pressure to the subject at the location of the sweat gland; measuring (206), while the external positive pressure is being applied, a second concentration of the biomarker in sweat secreted from the sweat gland of the subject; and calculating (208), based on the determined first concentration and the measured second concentration, a third concentration of the biomarker, the third concentration relating to the concentration of the biomarker in the blood of the subject.
