titleOfInvention Carbon microbead loaded with metal nuclide, preparation method, and application
abstract A carbon microbead loaded with a metal nuclide, a preparation method therefor and use thereof, the method comprising reacting metal ions and small organic molecules in an aqueous solution to obtain a complex; adsorbing the complex with a carbon microbead; and performing a first treatment on the adsorbed carbon microbead. All the carbon microbeads loaded with metal nuclides prepared by this method can exist stably in an aqueous solution at a temperature lower than 180°C and a pressure lower than 10 MPa, and the dissolution rates of the metal nuclides in the aqueous solution are all lower than 0.1%; after 15 minutes of moist heat sterilization at 121°C, the radionuclide release rate thereof is still lower than 0.1%, which can significantly reduce the safety risk of clinical use of radioactive microbead products.
