abstract An application of a polypeptide or a derivative thereof. Specifically provided are anti-tumor polypeptide drugs (amino acid sequence as represented by SEQ ID No. 1, and amino acid sequence obtained by deleting, replacing, adding and/or modifying one or more amino acids of the amino acid sequence as represented by SEQ ID No.1). These drugs have significant advantages in terms of drug target specificity, drug biological activity, drug toxicity, treatment cost, and the like. Polypeptides or derivatives thereof capable of inhibiting tumor cell activity and tumor metastasis are designed on the basis of cytokines involved in tumor microenvironment formation and homeostasis maintenance, and the polypeptides or derivatives thereof are further applied to the preparation of antitumor drugs.
