abstract The present invention relates to a novel compound which enables additional hydrogen bonding with a specific amino acid position of histone acetyltransferase (HAT) p300 through the structural analysis of the HAT p300. The novel compound of the present invention has an excellent inhibitory effect on HAT p300 activity, and thus may be very effectively used to prevent, ameliorate or treat fibrosis that is a disease associated with the activation of HAT p300.
