The digital health application receives user input responsive to the questions. The digital health application determines a diagnosis and modifies a user interface to display an identification of the determined diagnosis. The digital health application requests an indication of whether the user of the digital health application accepts the diagnosis. The digital health application requests an indication of whether to establish a consultation with a medical professional to discuss the diagnosis.
