The present invention relates to a continuous method for nano-emulsification, characterized in that the method is performed by concentration phase inversion (CPI) in a microfluid reactor, comprising the following steps: a. injection of an aqueous phase into a first microchannel, the first microchannel opening onto a formulation chamber, b. injection, into a second microchannel, of a fatty phase comprising one or more fatty substances immiscible in said aqueous phase, and one or more surfactants, the second microchannel opening into the formulation chamber, then c. mixing of the aqueous phase and the fatty phase in the formulation chamber, then d. recovering, at the output of the formulation chamber, a suspension comprising lipid nanocapsules. The present invention also relates to the lipid nanocapsules that can be obtained by the method according to the invention. Lastly, the invention relates to the use of lipid nanocapsules according to the invention as nanovectors for pharmacologically active substances. |
