abstract An intelligently controlled miniature fully closed-loop artificial pancreas (100), comprising: infusion unit (110) configured to deliver drugs; program unit (120) comprising input end (121) and output end (122), and the input end (121) comprises a plurality of electrically connective regions (121a, 121b) for receiving signals of analyte data in the body fluid, after the output end (122) is electrically connected to the infusion unit (110), according to the received signals of analyte data in the body fluid, the program unit (120) controls whether the infusion unit (110) delivers drugs; an infusion cannula (130) with conductive area(s), the infusion cannula (130) is the drug infusion channel; and a plurality of electrodes for detecting analyte data in body fluid, the electrode comprising conductive-area electrode(s) (171, 271) and cannula-wall electrode (172, 272), and one or more cannula-wall electrodes (172, 272) being located on/in the wall of the infusion cannula (130). It takes only one insertion to perform both analyte detection and drug infusion.
