abstract An apparatus for delivering an agent to a uterine cavity of a patient for endometrial ablation including a first passage for passage of the agent into the cavity of the patient and a second passage for aspirating the agent from the uterine cavity, wherein the agent is injected at an increased pressure and is injected simultaneously with aspiration of the cavity. A cavity integrity check prior to injection of the agent can be conducted with the apparatus.
