abstract The present invention refers to a process for providing a liquid fertilizer for foliar application with a final formulation comprising ricinoleic acid saponified with sulfuric acid, triethanolamine and water. The invention provides a means of accelerating vegetative growth through a proposed composition that has a group of fatty acids and amino acids essential to plant development. The invention also provides foliar metabolic regulatory means without the presence of toxic components, being suitable for foliar application in all kinds of crops.
