abstract |
According to the invention there is an oral direct granulate which enables a controlled release of magnesium with both retarded and non-retarded proportions.n n n The granulate contains, inter alia, retarded particles with a magnesium-containing core and a lipophilic coating, at least the cores of these retarded particles have a predetermined abrasion resistance, which is determined by vibration sieving over a period of 60 minutes and which enables these cores to be melt-coated. The invention also provides a method for producing the sustained-release particles by means of hot-melt coating. |
