To provide a heat-treated ingredient-containing liquid seasoning of ingredients and a liquid seasoning in a solid-liquid simultaneous filling type sealed container, which can be produced with a simple operation and general raw materials by using an ordinary device without requiring any special device, any complicated treatment condition, and any special raw material and without impairing the flavor and properties of the ingredients and liquid seasoning, a method for producing the same, and a method for improving properties of the same. The heat-treated ingredient-containing liquid seasoning of the ingredients and the liquid seasoning in the solid-liquid simultaneous filling type sealed container contains acetic acid and a water-soluble polysaccharide-containing food material and is heat treated. |
