abstract |
The power storage device 10 is constructed by sealing a power storage element 11 inside an outer package member 20 made of a laminated sheet having a heat-adhesive resin layer 38, and is installed in an electric vehicle 1 as a drive source. The outer package member 20 has a peripheral seal section 21 and a housing portion 16 formed to a predetermined depth from the inner edge of the peripheral seal portion 21 and storing the power storage element 11. The power storage device is disposed such that a depth direction (Z direction) of the housing portion 16 and X direction orthogonal to the depth direction are respectively aligned with a front-back direction and a right-left direction of the electric vehicle 1, and Y direction perpendicular to the depth direction (Z direction) and to the X direction of the housing portion 16 is aligned with a height direction of the electric vehicle 1. |
