abstract |
The invention relates to a fluorescence marker according to the following formula I, wherein fluo is selected from the group consisting of the fluorophores of formulae ll-IV, L is a linker and the group X is either a -SO2- group or a -PO(OH)- group. The present invention further relates to the use of the fluorescence markers according to the invention, in particular also as a standard in glycan analysis, to conjugates of fluorescence markers and glycans and to a kit of parts containing the fluorescence markers according to the invention. |
