abstract The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to the obtainment of the entomological biomass - Galleria mellonella larvae with high biological activity (for example, keratolytic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating, etc.), which can be used as raw materials for the production of the pharmaceutical preparations and cosmetic products. n The essence of the invention consists in the fact that it is proposed a method of the obtainment of the biomass of Galleria mellonella larvae with high biological activity that consists in the preparation of the conditions for the cultivation of larvae in the artificial conditions, cultivation of larvae on a nutrient medium, collection of larvae, characterized by the fact that the nutrient medium for Galleria mellonella larvae has the following composition, g/kg:n nand during the process of the cultivation of larvae, at least two transfers of larvae to fresh nutrient medium are carried out, and the larvae are collected at different stages of development depending on the required type of biological activity. n The technical result of the invention, in comparison with the closest solution, consists in the fact that the method of the obtainment of the biomass of Galleria mellonella larvae provides the use of a simpler and less expensive nutritive medium that provides a higher level of the production of biomass (149,7 - 160,0 mg of the biomass on 1 g of the used medium compared with 113,6 - 121,3 in case of the closest solution) with a higher biological activity.
