abstract The present description relates to an electronic circuit (INV) comprising at least one stack of a track (12) of a metallic material having an output work, of a block of an organic semiconductor material (14, 16) having a HOMO energy band and LUMO energy band, and a self-assembled monomolecular layer (18), called SAM, interposed between the track and the block. The SAM includes first molecules such as the gap between the modified output work of the set comprising the track and the SAM, in the case where the SAM includes only the first molecules, and the low level of the energy band LUMO and the difference between the output work of the assembly comprising the track and the SAM, in the case of a SAM comprising only the first molecules, and the high level of the HOMO energy band are each greater than 0 , 2 eV.
