titleOfInvention | Methods for analyzing cells |
abstract | The present disclosure provides methods for sample processing and analysis. A method of analyzing a plurality of cells may comprise providing a plurality of cells derived from cells of a plurality of subjects, which plurality of cells comprise nucleic acid molecules comprising barcode sequences identifying them as deriving from a subject of the plurality of subjects. Nucleic acid molecules derived from a plurality of nucleic acid molecules of the plurality of cells may be sequenced to provide a plurality of sequencing reads, and the resultant sequencing reads may be processed to associate a subset of the plurality of sequencing reads with a subject. |
