abstract | The present invention provides a multilayer body for printed wiring boards including a metal particle layer (M1) and a photosensitive resin layer (R) that are sequentially laminated on an insulating substrate (A), or a multilayer body for printed wiring boards including a primer layer (B), a metal particle layer (M1), and a photosensitive resin layer (R) that are sequentially laminated on an insulating substrate (A). The multilayer body for printed wiring boards enables to obtain wiring having high adhesion between the substrate and a conductor circuit, less undercuts, and a rectangular cross-sectional shape preferred as circuit wiring without requiring surface roughening by means of chromic acid or permanganic acid, formation of a surface modified layer using alkali, and a use of a vacuum device. |
