abstract | A dialer capable of improving a propulsive force or reducing a resistance is provided. A dilator 1 includes a hollow shaft 7 having a tapered portion 7B with an outer diameter gradually increasing from a distal end to a proximal end, and a protruding portion 8 formed on an outer periphery of the tapered portion 7B and spirally extending along a longitudinal axis direction of the hollow shaft 7 on the outer periphery of the tapered portion 7B. The protruding portion 8 has a first protruding portion 8A located on a distal end side of the tapered portion 7B, and a second protruding portion 8B located on a proximal end side of the tapered portion 7B, and the first and second protruding portions 8A and 8B differ from each other in terms of a height from an outer peripheral surface of the tapered portion. |
