abstract The invention relates to a co-crystal of tocopherol and proline and a preparation method thereof. The co-crystal is in a crystalline or partially crystalline form under normal pressure at room temperature. Compared with the existing tocopherol, the co-crystal has a higher melting point, better crystallinity, and has more excellent high-temperature stability, light stability, accelerated stability and long-term stability. The health products, food, cosmetics or feed products prepared by the present co-crystal have significantly improved stability. The present co-crystal maintains the excellent antioxidant property of tocopherol and can be widely used as an antioxidant in the fields of food, medicine and the like.
