abstract A conformal tattoo biosensor device includes a pattern of sensor regions (110) formed of a conductive polymer. In embodiments, the conductive polymer may have up to six sensor regions (110). The pattern (102) is electrically connected to a contact region (140) which is electrically connectable to a wearable signal monitor (200). The monitor is suitable for transmitting ECG, EEG, or EMG signals. In a monitoring system (500), the monitor wirelessly transmits signals to a mobile communication device (300) for processing. The mobile communication device (300) transmits signals to a monitor network (400) which may include medical personnel and caregivers. A network module may allow automatic medical alerts, monitoring, and further signal processing.
