abstract |
In order to ensure a high effectiveness of a substance introduced into the tissue of a patient, according to the invention an instrument (10) with a first line (11) for dispensing a first fluid (16) from a first opening (12) of the first line (11) in the axial direction (A) into a post-acceleration zone (19) and with a second line (14) for guiding the second fluid (17) into the post-acceleration zone (19) in the axial direction (A), so that active ingredient components of the second fluid (17) in succession of the flow into the post-acceleration zone (19) can be post-accelerated in the axial direction (A) by the first fluid (16) entering the post-acceleration zone (19). A coaxial construction of the first and second lines (11, 14) is preferred, on the basis of which around the first opening (12) a jacket jet (21) of second fluid (17) reaching downstream in the axial direction (A) around the central working jet ( 20) can be generated. In addition, a head (24) for an instrument (10) according to the invention and an application system (100) with an instrument (10) according to the invention are created. |
