Provided is a pharmaceutical composition having excellent storage stability even when containing 1-menthol in a high concentration. The pharmaceutical composition has a cloud point of 30°C to 75°C and contains components (A), (B), (C), (D), and (E) as follows:Component (A): 1-menthol;Component (B): at least one selected from the group consisting of a medium-chain fatty acid triacylglycerol, a medium-chain fatty acid, and a salt of a medium-chain fatty acid;Component (C): a nonionic surfactant having a hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB) of not less than 10;Component (D): a polyhydric alcohol having not less than three hydroxy groups per molecule and/or a poly(oxyalkylene) glycol; andComponent (E): water. |
