abstract The invention relates to a method for monitoring the diffusion over time of a fluorescent marker in a biological tissue. This method includes the acquisition of fluorescence images that are recaled together, summed, normalized and colorized for subsequent display. The choice of the images to be displayed is correlated with a calculation making it possible to evaluate a surface of the biological tissue on which the marker has diffused. At least some of the images obtained are superimposed on a direct image of the area of biological tissue seen in the visible or infra-red. The invention also relates to a device for implementing this method.
