abstract | A basic zinc chloride particulate matter and a preparation method therefor. The basic zinc chloride particulate matter mainly consists of basic zinc chloride particles. In the basic zinc chloride particulate matter, D10>100 µm, and D95>450 µm. The basic zinc chloride particles do not contain a binder. The basic zinc chloride particles contained in the basic zinc chloride particulate matter are approximately spherical, and the basic zinc chloride particles with the particle diameter>500 µm in the basic zinc chloride particulate matter accounts for 1% or less of the total weight of the basic zinc chloride particulate matter. The basic zinc chloride particulate matter has a relatively large particle size and good flowability, does not cause dust flying and is easy to flow during use, thereby solving the problems in the existing feed enterprises that the work environment is dusty and it is difficult to uniformly mix a premix in the process of preparing the premix with basic zinc chloride. The preparation process uses ammonium chloride as an inducer without additional introduction of impurities, the production wastewater can be fully recycled, the production cost is low, and the production process is environmentally friendly and economical. |
