abstract | Disclosed are copper oxychloride particulate matter and a preparation method therefor. The copper oxychloride particulate matter is mainly composed of copper oxychloride particulates, and the copper oxychloride particulates, with a partical size of 60-250 µm, in the copper oxychloride particulate matter comprise 97% or more of the total mass of the copper oxychloride particulate matter. Under an optimal scheme, the resulting copper oxychloride particulate matter has a more stable crystal form structure, and does not readily agglomerate. In the preparation method provided by the present invention, the formation rate of a copper oxychloride crystal nucleus and the growth rate of crystals can be maintained at an equilibrium point by controlling process parameters in the preparation process of the copper oxychloride, such that the particulates of the copper oxychloride particulate matter with uniform and appropriate sizes can be directly prepared, and the color thereof is more consistent. The method has advantages such as a high product purity and a high content of copper. |
