A thrombus retrieval catheter (1000), comprising: a thrombectomy head (1100), a thrombus cutter (1200), a transmission cable (1500), a blocking tube (1700), an outer sheath (1300), and an end connecting part (1400). The thrombectomy head (1100) has a hollow tubular structure and at least one thrombectomy hole (1110, 1111, 1112). The thrombus cutter (1200) has a hollow tubular structure and at least one blade (1210). The thrombus cutter (1200) is installed inside the thrombectomy head (1100). The thrombus cutter (1200) is fixedly connected to a distal end of the transmission cable (1500). A proximal end of the thrombectomy head (1100) is fixedly connected to a distal end of the outer sheath (1300). A proximal end of the outer sheath (1300) is fixedly connected to the end connecting part (1400). The blocking tube (1700) is provided as a sleeve on the outside of the transmission cable (1500). A proximal end of the blocking tube (1700) is fixedly connected to the end connecting part (1400). The thrombus cutter (1200) is provided as a sleeve on the outside of the blocking tube (1700). The end connecting part (1400) is provided with a side hole (1410). The side hole (1410) is in communication with a lumen formed between the blocking tube (1700) and the outer sheath (1300). The blocking tube (1700) is provided outside of the transmission cable (1500) which can prevent the thrombus from winding onto the transmission cable (1500), thereby the catheter can achieve fast and continuous thrombus retrieval. |
