The present invention relates to cancer immunotherapy, particularly sequence variants of antigenic epitope sequences associated with a tumor. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of identifying microbiota sequence variants of tumor-associated antigenic epitope sequences. These microbiota sequence variants are used to prepare anticancer drugs, since they differ from autoantigens and thus can cause a strong immune response. Accordingly, the invention is directed to drugs comprising microbiota sequence variants, methods of making such drugs, and uses of such drugs. |
