The invention relates to a device for regulating the glucose concentration in the blood of a person, comprising: pump means for selectively supplying at least one substance; injection means for injecting the substance into the body of the person, and transport means which is connected to the pump means for medium flow to the injection means; the invention is characterized in that the device is designed to rinse the transport means with the substance, and the device comprises detection means for detecting whether the device is in average flow contact with the internal part of the body of the person through the means of transport and the injection means, the device being configured to rinse the transport means only when the detection means detect that there is no average flow contact with the internal part of the body of the person. |
