Biaxially oriented, uv-stabilized, single or multi-layer polyester film with at least one-sided antireflection and flame-retardant coating (antiglare) and a transparency of at least 93.5% |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a single-layer or multilayer, biaxially oriented polyester film which has a coating for increasing transparency on at least one film surface, the polyester film having a particle content of at most 0.5% by weight and the coating the drying product of a dispersion and / or Represents water or solvent-based solution, (i) the coating has a dry layer thickness of 60-130 nm, (ii) the coating at least one acrylic acid and / or methacrylic acid-based polymer for increasing transparency and (iii) at least one alkyl phosphonate and / or oligo-alkylphosphonate as a flame stabilizer, (iv) the coating having a refractive index n <1.64 and (v) the phosphorus content of the coating being between 2 and 18% by weight. The film according to the invention is suitable for the production of greenhouse energy-saving mats, in particular for the cultivation of plants with high light requirements such as e.g. Tomatoes. The film has special transparency properties, high UV stability and good fire properties. The invention further relates to a method for producing the polyester film and its use in greenhouses. |
