abstract |
Methods are provided for detecting and quantifying expression of the SDHB protein. Specific protein fragment peptides are precisely detected and quantitated by DIA-mass spectrometry directly in tumor cells collected from tumor tissue that was obtained from a subject, such as a cancer patient. Results from this method can be used to aid choice of cancer therapy. |
