Method and composition for treating neuropathic pain |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a therapy for treating neuropathic pain by subpie-merial administration of small amounts of a specific composition of a spinal segment for over-regulating the GAD65 (glutamate-decarboxylase) gene and the VGAT gene (transporter GABA vesicular), which is effective in inducing nociceptive effects by potentiating the release of vesicular GABA from the dorsal horn neurons infected in the synaptic cleft. |
